1.click start ->accessories->run
2.type on the run-> msconfig
3.click ok
then this window will appear
4.select startup
5.click the checkbox and remove the tick in unwanted programs eg : java,quicktime player etc
6.then click apply and click ok button.
this will increase your system speed...
